Founded in 1988, Baechler Investigative Services has provided government agencies, insurance companies, businesses, attorneys, and private individuals throughout the state of California with best-in-class investigations for over 25 years. We know the laws, we know the work, and most importantly we know the importance of quality service and a rapid response.

Our Approach

Cost Effectiveness:

By providing attractive flat rates, itemized billing, and regular updates, we aid our clients in developing realistic budgeting expectations. Every case is different, and our staff knows how to tailor their efforts to provide the right solutions for the right problems. This allows BIS to provide customized, cost-effective services that will meet your needs.

Availability and Urgent Response:

We know that investigations must be worked with a sense of urgency and on a flexible schedule. Our staff is available any time for changes, updates, and new assignments -- and our response times are second to none. We have always been available for rush assignments and our investigators are prepared to travel anywhere in the world on short notice to get the job done.

Evidence and Testimony:

Our agency maintains custody and control of original evidence in a secured area for a period of no less than five years. This includes video footage, images, physical evidence, and documentation, as well as copies of reports and invoicing. If you've lost it, we've got it. We carefully follow the proper chain of evidence, tracking, and security to assure admission in court. In addition, our investigators are experienced in giving the testimony that can make a case, and the training to ensure that they remain up to date on current laws, techniques, and approaches.

Client Input and Suggestions:

Above all, we never forget that we are here to provide the best service to our clients. We actively seek input and training suggestions from clients, associates, and professional affiliates and often incorporate this material into our regularly scheduled meetings, training sessions, and handbooks. And, of course, we continually review case law, statues, and available equipment and techniques for investigation.

Our Investigators and Staff

We take pride in the high caliber of our investigators and staff. Our minimum requirements for investigators, including college-level study in a field related to law, and our commitment to continuing education and training have created a pool of highly skilled workers from a diverse array of backgrounds, ready to handle even the most impossible of assignments. Our support personnel are likewise skilled and experienced in both the investigative and legal fields, and will ensure that your case is handled smoothly and professionally.
